Reward
Law Office Taragel and Počubayová, Ltd. provides legal services for renumeration in accordance with the decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic no. 655/2004 for the renumeration and compensation of lawyers for providing legal services, as amended.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the legal issue, duration of the solution of the matter and client requirements the reward is arranged for the advocate by tariff renumeration or contractual renumeration.
Tariffs
The tariff fee is determined according to the tariff value of things or kinds of things, or the rights and by acts of legal services of the lawyer in the matter carried out. The base rate tariff fee for one act of legal services is given in § 10 of the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic no. 655/2004 for the remuneration and compensation of lawyers for providing legal services, as amended. The decree regulates the tariff renumeration of the lawyer for representation in civil proceedings and other acts of legal services, the tariff fee for representing a client by a lawyer in criminal proceedings and in proceedings for offenses, cases of increasing or decreasing in the tariff fee and sets out what is considered to be acts of legal services.
Contractual renumeration shall be determined
- According to the number of hours reasonably spent on settled matters ( hourly fee )
- Lump sum (flat fee )
- Share of the value of things (proportionate renumeration ),
- An agreed fee different from the basic rate tariff fee.
